Belarusian Handcuffed By Police In Rechitsa Unbends Handcuffs

A detainee in Rechitsa has unbent the handcuffs, which were on his hands. The policemen had never seen such a thing before. District police inspector Vital Bandarenka described this case in an interview with a local newspaper. He recalled contacts with alcoholics who had mental disorders, reports Euroradio.

‘People in such a state have an unlimited amount of strength,’ the policeman said. ‘There was a case when one of them unbent the component of the handcuffs in which he was cuffed.
