Kherson City Military Administration Head Came Under Russian Shelling While Recording An Address

The head of the Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko came under Russian artillery shelling while recording an address to citizens. This is evidenced by the video he published on Telegram.

“After the KABs hit the Central District of Kherson, I came under shelling by Russian terrorists. Our Kherson land saved me,” Mrochko noted.

At the same time, the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration was not personally injured.

He noted that the invading army of the Russian Federation is not yet allowing the full liquidation of the consequences of the shelling by guided aerial bombs.

Separately, Mrochko reported that a 61-year-old man was taken to the hospital, who received an explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to the leg as a result of the morning shelling of the Central District.

“He was in the apartment during the Russian attack. Medics are providing the necessary assistance to the victim,” Mrochko added.
