A directive was received “from above” in early April.
A mass exodus of families of senior officers of the Russian Black Sea Fleet is being recorded in temporarily occupied Sevastopol. They are hastily leaving the Crimean peninsula.
This was reported by the Telegram channel of the partisan movement ATESH.
Agents of the underground movement representatives reported that almost all families of senior officers of the Russian Black Sea Fleet have already urgently left the occupied Crimea.

“There is currently panic in the units of the Russian Black Sea Fleet — according to our information, a directive was received “from above” in early April to apply additional security measures at military facilities on the peninsula,” the ATESH movement reports.
It is also reported that “hidden patrols of BARS reservists in civilian clothes” are being conducted in the bays of Sevastopol, and that increased security and attempts to hide equipment are being recorded.

“In addition, all weekends for the occupiers have been cancelled,” the partisans point out.
The movement's representatives admit that the Russian occupiers “have begun to implement Ukraine's directive to terminate the agreement on the presence of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol.”
“In general, several successful strikes on military ships were needed,” the underground fighters' statement states.
