‘They Ready To Work For Chowder?’

Belarusians responded to Lukashenka's idea to bring 150 thousand Pakistanis to Belarus.

The dictator's announced plan to bring 100-150 thousand workers from Pakistan has shocked common Belarusians. This news gathered a lot of comments in the TikTok-channel of Charter97.org. Here are some of them:

- There are no people, working Belarusians! They have left, some to Russia, some to Poland ... And nobody wants to pay their own people. So they invite low-paid labourers... And then they bring nothing but problems.

- The Chinese are here, the Tajiks are here, the Uzbeks have come too... Are they the only ones missing?

Oh, God, save us and keep us safe!!!

- Ridiculous, they certainly won't work for 500-1500 rubles!

- Belarus will turn into a Muslim country, and the police will have more work. They'll be really working for their wage.

- Are they ready to work for chowder?

- What's left is to explain to the Pakistanis the role of ideologists at the enterprises.

- Why is the opinion of Belarusians not taken into account? This is our land. We can work well ourselves, give us a decent wage, so that Belarusians do not go abroad for it.
