In the evening of 23 April, there were explosions in different areas of the temporarily occupied Crimea: Russian channels reported about a massive combined attack and fixing the movement of large groups of strike UAVs, the air defence was actively working. Due to the threat of strikes, the Crimean bridge was blocked.

‘Focus’ has gathered information about the night attack in Crimea temporarily occupied by the Russians.

The air alert in Crimea was announced around 23:00 on 23 April: in particular in Simferopol, local authorities reported the threat of strike UAVs.

Soon there were explosions in Simferopol and Gvardeyske, Russian public pages informed about the work of air defence.

At around 23:40, Crimean public pages reported that explosions were heard near the airport in Simferopol. It was also loud in Saki district - the monitors attached a map on which they marked the approximate location of the attack.

The attack in Crimea continued - panic rose in Russian public pages owing to the movement of a large number of UAVs. An air alert was also declared across the peninsula because of the missile threat. The authorities blocked the Crimean bridge because of the threat of strikes.

The ‘Crimean Wind’ Telegram channel reported that, tentatively, the ‘fly-in’ at the Kirovske airfield was recorded because of the attack on Crimea.

At around 01:00, monitoring channels also reported explosions in Anapa: an alert was declared there due to a missile threat, a series of explosions were heard and the air defence was working.

There is no official information about the attack in Crimea on the evening of 23 April and after midnight yet.
