Major General Moskalik Blown Up In Moscow Region

The Russian military officer was killed.

On Friday morning, a car exploded in the Moscow region town of Balashikha. This is reported by Baza and a number of other telegram channels. It is known that at least one person was killed.

The victim of the car explosion in Balashikha, according to Telegram channel Baza, is 59-year-old Yaroslav Moskalik, a general of the Russian Defence Ministry.

The explosion occurred around 10:40 when the military man was walking past a Volkswagen Golf parked outside his house. The explosion threw the general several metres away. Judging by the photos from the scene, the explosive device was packed with destructive elements.

The explosion was so powerful that the deceased was thrown back to the entrance. According to preliminary reports, an explosive device detonated in the car. A bomb was planted in the exploded car, reports Baza.
