Poland Reacts To Russia - Belarus Military ‘Exercises’

The “exercises” are scheduled for September.
Polish Deputy Defense Minister Cezary Tomczyk told RMF24 that his country will respond to the Russian-Belarusian “West” exercises scheduled for September.
According to him, "large-scale maneuvers" will take place in Poland, both Polish and NATO.
- Poland will respond to the “West” exercises, which will take place in Belarus, in an adequate manner from the Polish side. Large-scale exercises of Poland and NATO, large-scale maneuvers, will take place in Poland. Let us also remember that last year we held the largest NATO exercises in history, in which about 100 thousand servicemen took part. NATO is stronger than Russia, - he added.
It should be noted that Russia and Belarus plan to hold large-scale joint military exercises “West” in September 2025. The official goals of the latter are to practice “joint defensive and offensive actions, improve the interaction of armed forces, and test the readiness of military personnel for various security scenarios.”
