It’s €1 billion.
Belgian Prime Minister Bart de Wever announced a new aid package for Ukraine worth €1 billion during a visit to Kyiv. He said this during a press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on April 8, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
“Our Foreign Minister Maxime Prevost is here, as is our Defense Minister, who is proud to be able to announce a new decision on a €1 billion aid package for 2025, with the ambition to provide at least €1 billion annually during my term in bilateral military aid,” De Wever said.
He added that Belgian Defense Minister Theo Francken “has a list of things they are going to do in a very short time in the near future.”
