The reason was an apartment in St. Petersburg.
Russian opera singer Anna Netrebko, who supports dictator Vladimir Putin, has been declared wanted in Russia.
The "Starhit" resource writes that the reason for this is the protracted proceedings over her apartment in St. Petersburg.
The authorities have been trying unsuccessfully for two years to gain access to the elite apartment on Soyuz Pechatnikov Street. The main goal: to check whether there was no illegal redevelopment there.
The court in St. Petersburg obliged Putin to let representatives of the housing services into the apartment. However, the enforcement proceedings in this case have not yet been executed. In this regard, the Federal Bailiff Service has decided to declare Netrebko wanted as a debtor.
If Anna Netrebko continues to ignore the court decision, she faces a penalty - 20 thousand rubles for each month of delay. Netrebko also owns real estate in Austria, the United States and the United Arab Emirates. The main place of residence and tax residence for her remains Vienna. The singer obtained Austrian citizenship back in the early noughties.
