The strike was carried out by US-made missiles.

On May 11 evening, the town of Rylsk, Kursk Region, was hit by a missile attack: tentatively, the deployment point of the 40th Marine Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces was hit. On the spot recorded "arrival" and destruction.

This was reported by OSINT analysts of the Telegram channel Exilenova+.

"Rylsk, demilitarization of the enemy by US-made missiles. Arrival at the point of permanent deployment," the report said.

Rylsk is a town in the Severshchina region above the Seim River, located on the Ukrainian-Russian ethnic border. It is a district center of the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.

The channels also released footage of the aftermath of the strike. The video shows a destroyed multi-story building.

Also, analysts noted that under the rubble of the destroyed building were Russian military personnel. However, there is no official information or confirmation from the AFU General Staff yet.

Russian Telegram channels confirm that Rylsk was hit by a missile strike. However, Russians write that the attack damaged a local hotel, as well as a car wash.

"As a result of the arrival, a hotel at the entrance to the city was seriously damaged: on the first floor there was a car wash, on the second floor - hotel rooms," the Russians report.

In addition, the Russian media note that two private houses and several cars were damaged by the blast wave. Windows were blown out in the buildings and the roof was damaged.

"According to preliminary information, three people were injured," the Russians claim.
