The unusual feat was told in the 128th Brigade of the TRO.
Svetlana, a nurse of the 128th separate brigade of the TRO, eliminated a group of occupants with a precise shot from a grenade launcher, saving her unit from encirclement.
This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press service of the brigade.
"When a powerful attack of the Russian occupants with armored vehicles and paratroopers began, Svetlana was at the company stronghold. At that moment the unit was left without a commander, so Svetlana took command. She received instructions by radio from the commander, who saw the battlefield via video broadcast, and corrected the actions of all the fighters in the positions. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Svetlana volunteered because she had extensive medical experience - she worked as a nurse in the intensive care unit of the Mechnikov Hospital in Dnipro. That experience helped save dozens of lives, but to command a unit in a tough battle?" - stated in the message.
It is noted that the stronghold was among the ruins of the settlement. At first Svetlana shot back together with her twin soldiers. When it became clear that the unit's positions were surrounded, because a group of occupants entered one of the houses from the rear and took control of the escape routes and ammunition delivery, Svetlana took a disposable grenade launcher.
"I asked the guys to hold on and in any case not to leave their positions, because then we will definitely not survive. And then I took a disposable grenade launcher and went to meet the Russian attack aircraft. They came too close - they were only two houses away. I went around them, stood up and fired a shot through the window of the house. The whole group of occupiers stayed there," Svetlana recalls.

The other day the commander of the 128th brigade of the "Wild Field" TRO presented Svetlana with an award, the Army Cross.
"It's even embarrassing, because I already have two Golden Crosses of the first and second degree, a lot of awards, and someone has been served so many times, and he hasn't received it yet," she says.
