Polish foreign minister says Russian dictator 'not sincere' on peace talks.

Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski believes that illegitimate Russian President Vladimir Putin is "not sincere" about peace talks to end Russia's war against Ukraine and is laughing at U.S. President Donald Trump. He said this in a commentary PAP published on May 14.

"I believe that President Putin is not sincere and that he is making fun of the president of the United States, but the test will be Thursday [May 15]," he stressed.

The Polish foreign minister noted that if Russia does not agree to a ceasefire and does not start real negotiations, Trump "will have every reason to change his policy to one that will pressure the aggressor rather than the victim of aggression."

"President Trump, while in office, did what they usually do: he made a positive step and waits for the reaction of the other side. He made a number of fairly significant concessions to Russia and got nothing instead. And this is the last chance for Putin to choose what the Americans have called an offer," he said.
