On the night of May 3, loud explosions were heard in occupied Crimea over Sevastopol, Feodosia and Kerch, UNIAN reports. SHOT writes that tentatively, the air defense system was "shooting down AFU drones."

"Local residents said that flashes were seen and sounds of explosions were heard in the sky above Kerch and Feodosia from the Black Sea. Eyewitnesses claim to have heard between four and eight loud noises in total. It is also reported that the Crimean bridge is closed for entry. At the moment there is no official information about casualties and destruction," the channel writes.

Also later explosions occurred in Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Territory.

"Right now at least 5 explosions have occurred over Novorossiysk. Flashes can be seen in the sky from the Black Sea side. UAV danger signal is sounding in the city," the channel writes.

A minimum of 10 explosions have sounded over Anapa and Vityazevo. Residents of the city reported that flashes were seen in the sky.

The Telegram channel "Crimean Bridge: Operational Information" noted that vehicular traffic on the Crimean Bridge was temporarily blocked.

"Those who are on the bridge and in the viewing area, please remain calm and follow the instructions," it said.

The VChK-OGPU channel writes that during the UAV attack and air defense work in Tselina, Rostov region, there was a powerful explosion and then a fire. Explosions are also heard in the Krasnodar region.

"The forces and means of air defense reflect the enemy's air attack on the Rostov region. At the moment, UAVs in Novoshakhtinsk, Kamensk, Oktyabrsky (rural), Ust-Donetsky and Tselinsky districts have been destroyed," said Rostov Governor Yuri Slyusar.

As residents of Slavyansk-on-Kuban told Mash, there were three explosions in the sky above the city and bright flashes were seen. The air alert was announced 10 minutes before.

"Now people hear the sounds of UAVs in the vicinity of the city. Earlier, the region declared yellow mode due to the threat of drone attacks," the report said.

Drones also attacked Taman in the Krasnodar region. Local residents told Mash that they heard at least six sounds of explosions in the sky above the village. The wreckage of the destroyed UAVs fell in a field with reeds, now there is a fire. One of the wrecks of a previously unknown model of drone was found near the Blanco hotel.
