"Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic suddenly fell ill during a visit to the United States, after which he sought medical help and after examination decided to return to Serbia and is now on his way to Belgrade," the publication writes.

In this regard, as journalists note, "the Serbian president was unable to attend the main events for which he came to America."

It is known that Vucic became ill in the early afternoon hours local time. At that moment, Finance Minister Sinisa Mali and Suzana Vasiljevic, the Serbian president's media advisor, were in the room with President Vucic preparing for their next meetings and after a meeting with Congressmen Claudia Teny and Rod Blagojevic and Serbian businessmen from America.

The Serbian president met with former New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani in Florida on Thursday.
