Belarusian banks are introducing changes, which relate to cards. "Zerkalo" tells what specific innovations will appear for customers of financial institutions.

"Belgazprombank" announced that from June 1, it will introduce a new service - replenishment of payment cards "Belkart-Premium" in ATMs outside Belarus. "The service can be provided only if there is a technical possibility in a particular device of a foreign bank," specifies the financial institution.

S May 22, Belgazprombank will clarify the rules of issuing additional cards for the third party. As explained in the contact center of the bank, there will be a condition - the account holder must provide the bank with a written consent to issue an additional card in the name of a third party.

"Technobank" has extended the campaign "Space Bonuses" on Visa cards until the end of August. "This means that when paying for goods and services through Samsung Pay, Apple Pay or Swoo Pay payment services, you continue to get back up to 3.5% bonus points from the amount of purchases," the bank reports.

Technobank also has new partners for the ZOZH card.

"Bank RRB" will introduce new rules for using payment cards from May 22. "There are no changes in tariffs and cost for clients," the bank's contact center explained. - There has been a change in points on the security of using cards, the peculiarities of currency exchange transactions when using them, the order of cancellation and withdrawal, the distribution of responsibility between the bank and the client."

"Sber Bank" warned individual clients who have current accounts (including those with cards linked to them) that it can close them if there are no transactions for one year. The bank refers to the Banking Code, which stipulates such a possibility.

"If within 6 months, starting from the date of this notice, you do not resume cash flow on the inactive account, the bank will terminate obligations under the relevant contract and close it, transferring the unused balance of funds to a separate account without interest, and after the expiration of the term established by the legislation of Belarus, will credit it to the bank's income," said the financial institution.

Sber Bank is obliged to return the balance of money, which were on it at the time of closure, at the request of the owner of the inactive account.

"Paritetbank" will make changes for the cards "Family Circle" from June 1. "The amount of interest accrued on the balance of funds on the current bank account will change from 3% to 0.000001% per annum," reports the bank.

Belarusbank has an action for payment for purchases in the chain stores "Euroopt" and "Hit" with Visa cards until May 15. But there is a condition - to use the application Visa Extra. "The participant can get a voucher entitling to a discount (up to Br10. - Editor's note), once, regardless of the number of Visa cards added to the application," explains the bank.
