Members of the guerrilla movement "ATESH" reported a successful sabotage in the village of Mogiltsy, Moscow Region, which resulted in the disabling of a transformer substation. According to them, the substation was providing electricity and telecommunications to a number of military facilities in the region, Zerkalo Nedeli reported.

It is noted that the damage to the substation led to disruptions in communication at several facilities of the Russian Defense Ministry, in particular in the 629th anti-aircraft missile regiment (at 51857), the 21st separate brigade of operational purpose (at 3641), as well as in the military town where the units with numbers 20007, 03523 and 51084 are stationed.

There are also reports of problems in the work of the 483rd military investigation department of the Russian Investigative Committee and at the distribution warehouse of SberLogistics, which, according to underground activists, performs contracts for the Russian Defense Ministry.

Atesh claims that the disabling of infrastructure has caused disorganization in the work of military units, complicating their management and disrupting coordination.
