Lukashenko did not stay for Putin's lunch reception for foreign politicians. At 12.45 p.m., his press service published a photo of him on the airplane ramp.

At 12.46 p.m., a telegram channel close to Lukashenko's press service reported that the ruler flew to Minsk.
